Return Condition
- Dresses must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Any damage, stains, or alterations may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Refund Timeline
- Security deposit refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the dress has been received and inspected.
- Rental fee refunds (if applicable) will be as per the cancellation policy.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be provided in cases of no-shows, late returns, or major damages.
- If the dress is lost or irreparably damaged, full replacement charges will apply.
Partial Refunds
- If the customer returns the dress late or in slightly damaged condition, partial deductions may be made.
